The first human powered mid-winter traverse of Iceland. We’d aimed for an unsupported trip, but bailed out to a hut after being hit by a big storm. Thoroughly unenjoyable.
Svalbard coast-to-Coast - April 2018
After a few days of frustrating ski touring practice in Norway I'd vowed never to ski tour again. Within a week I'd booked tickets to Svalbard and Leanne, Ben, Tom and I were working on a route that would eventually see us ski coast-to-coast across Svalbard via its highest mountain.
